• Azacitidine injection is used to treat patients with French-American-British (FAB) myelodysplastic syndrome (bone marrow problem) subtypes, including refractory anemia or chronic leukemia. This medicine is also used to treat juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML).
• Azacitidine is a type of chemotherapy drug. It is also known as Vidaza. for the following conditions: chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia 
• Azacitidine 100mg Injection is used in the treatment of some kinds of blood cancer. It is used for the treatment of adult patients with all subtypes of Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor.
• Azacitidine 100mg Injection is given as an injection under the medical supervision of a doctor. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.
• The most common side effects of this medicine include injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness), vomiting, weakness, and nausea. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. You must inform your doctor before taking any vaccination while on treatment with this medicine. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with the heart, liver, and kidney.
• Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your doctor know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Bortezomib is used to treat multiple myeloma (a type of cancer of the bone marrow). Bortezomib is also used to treat mantle cell lymphoma (a fast-growing cancer that begins in the cells of the immune system). Bortezomib is in a class of medications called proteasome inhibitors. It works by killing cancer cells.

Bortezomib is a dipeptide boronic acid derivative and proteasome inhibitor used to treat multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma.10 However, multiple mechanisms may be involved in the anticancer activity of bortezomib.4 In May 2003, bortezomib became the first anticancer proteasome inhibitor that was approved by the FDA under the trade name VELCADE.6

• Carfilzomib injection is used alone to treat relapsed (cancer that has come back) or refractory (cancer that did not respond to treatment) multiple myeloma (a type of bone marrow cancer) in patients who have received 1 or more previous treatments.
• Carfilzomib injection is used alone and in combination with other medications to treat people with multiple myeloma (a type of cancer of the bone marrow) who have already been treated with other medications. Carfilzomib is in a class of medications called proteasome inhibitors.

Copellor Injection is a medicine used to treat psoriatic arthritis, a condition that causes joint pain, stiffness, and swelling in people with psoriasis. Copellor Injection targets a specific part of the immune system to reduce inflammation and prevent joint and skin damage in patients with psoriatic arthritis.

Copellor Injection is given as an injection under the skin, usually by a doctor or a nurse. It can also be self-administered after proper training. Follow the dosing schedule provided by your doctor to get the best result. Following your treatment plan properly will help you achieve the maximum benefit from the medicine.

Common side effects of Copellor Injection include injection site reactions (like redness or pain), upper respiratory infections, nausea, and tinea infections. These side effects are usually mild and go away on their own. However, if you experience severe side effects like signs of an allergic reaction (rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing) or signs of infection (fever, chills, persistent sore throat), contact your doctor immediately.

While on treatment with Copellor Injection, avoid getting live vaccines and be cautious around people who are sick, as the medication can weaken your immune system. Inform your doctor if you have a history of tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, or any chronic infections before starting the treatment. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using Copellor Injection. Regular check-ups and blood tests may be necessary to monitor your response to the treatment and ensure there are no adverse effects.

What is this medication?

DARBEPOETIN ALFA (dar be POE e tin AL fa) treats low levels of red blood cells (anemia) caused by kidney disease or chemotherapy. It works by helping your body make more red blood cells, which reduces the need for blood transfusions.

What should I tell my care team before I take this medication?

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

• Blood clots
• Cancer
• Heart disease
• High blood pressure
• On dialysis
• Seizures
• Stroke
• An unusual or allergic reaction to darbepoetin, latex, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
• Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
• Breast-feeding

How should I use this medication?

This medication is injected into a vein or under the skin. It is usually given by a care team in a hospital or clinic setting. It may also be given at home.

If you get this medication at home, you will be taught how to prepare and give it. Use exactly as directed. Take it as directed on the prescription label at the same time every day. Keep taking it unless your care team tells you to stop.

It is important that you put your used needles and syringes in a special sharps container. Do not put them in a trash can. If you do not have a sharps container, call your pharmacist or care team to get one.

A special MedGuide will be given to you by the pharmacist with each prescription and refill. Be sure to read this information carefully each time.

Talk to your care team about the use of this medication in children. While this medication may be used in children as young as 1 month of age for selected conditions, precautions do apply.

Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.

What if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, take only that dose. Do not take double or extra doses.

What may interact with this medication?

• Epoetin alfa
• Methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin beta

What should I watch for while using this medication?

Visit your care team for regular checks on your progress. Check your blood pressure as directed. Know what your blood pressure should be and when to contact your care team. Your condition will be monitored carefully while you are receiving this medication.

You may need blood work while taking this medication.

• Adalimumab is a biologic medication, specifically a monoclonal antibody, that works by inhibiting tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). TNF-α is a protein that plays a role in inflammation, and adalimumab helps to reduce inflammation in various autoimmune conditions.
• Adalimumab is used to treat inflammation of the: joints (rheumatoid arthritis, polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis and active enthesitis-related arthritis) skin (plaque psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa)

Eylea is a drug used to treat wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD). It is also used to treat diabetic eye disease and other problems of the retina. It is injected into the eye to help slow vision loss from these and certain other diseases. Eylea is the brand name for the drug, which is called aflibercept.

Eylea 40mg/ml Injection is a medicine used to treat certain serious eye conditions such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic macular edema, and macular edema following retinal vein occlusion. It helps reduce swelling, bleeding, and leakage in the retina, and helps stabilize or improve vision.

Eylea 40mg/ml Injection is injected directly into the eye by a trained eye specialist, usually in a clinical setting. The frequency of injections depends on the condition being treated and how well you respond to therapy. Make sure to attend all scheduled appointments and follow your doctor’s instructions carefully for best results. After the procedure, your doctor may advise you to avoid certain activities like swimming or rubbing your eye for a few days.

Some common side effects after receiving Eylea 40mg/ml Injection include eye pain, redness, blurred vision, or a feeling of something in the eye. These usually go away on their own within a short time. However, if any of these persist or get worse, let your doctor know. To reduce side effects, make sure to keep the eye clean and follow all aftercare instructions.

Before starting treatment with Eylea 40mg/ml Injection, inform your doctor if you have any eye infections or a history of glaucoma. The injection should not be given if you have an active infection in or around the eye. Eylea 40mg/ml Injection should be used with caution in patients with a history of stroke or heart problems. After the injection, avoid strenuous activities and protect the eye from injury.

• Trastuzumab is a medication used to treat certain types of cancer, primarily breast and stomach cancers that overexpress the HER2 protein. It is a monoclonal antibody that works by targeting and blocking the HER2 protein, thus inhibiting cancer cell growth. Trastuzumab is administered intravenously, meaning it is injected into a vein. 
• It specifically targets and binds to the HER2 protein, which is found on the surface of some cancer cells. By binding to HER2, trastuzumab can block the growth signals that the protein sends to cancer cells and also help the body's immune system attack and destroy those cancer cells. 
• Trastuzumab is primarily used to treat HER2-positive breast cancer and stomach cancer. It can be used in both the early and advanced stages of these cancers. 

Cabazitaxel is a chemotherapeutic drug (drug used for the management of cancer). It is, however, not a vesicant (drug which causes severe blisters on the skin) 

Cabazitaxel is an anti-cancer medication. It works by damaging the genetic material (DNA) of the cancer cells and stops their growth and multiplication

Taxanes enhance microtubule stabilization and inhibit cellular mitosis and division. Moreover, taxanes prevent androgen receptor (AR) signaling by binding cellular microtubules and the microtubule-associated motor protein dynein, thus averting AR nuclear translocation.

Sildenafil + Dapoxetine is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Sildenafil improves blood flow to the penis, while Dapoxetine helps delay ejaculation. This combination provides dual action for men with both conditions.

• Peg L Aspatero 3750IU Injection is used in the treatment of some kinds of cancer of white blood cells (leukemia). It may also be used to treat other types of cancer as determined by your doctor. It may be used on its own, or sometimes given together with certain other medicines as part of combination chemotherapy.

• Mounjaro 7.5mg KwikPen is a once-weekly prescription injection used to help manage blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It contains tirzepatide, a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist that belongs to a newer class of medicines called incretin mimetics. This medication helps improve blood sugar levels when diet and exercise alone are not enough.
• Mounjaro is intended for use when lifestyle measures such as diet and exercise alone do not adequately control blood glucose. The KwikPen device is a prefilled, multi-dose pen designed for ease of self-administration at home. Each pen contains four fixed doses of the specified strength, meaning a 7.5mg pen holds a total of 30mg of tirzepatide (4 doses x 7.5mg), 0.6 ml each. Patients inject one dose per week, so each pen is designed to last for one month. This convenient dosing schedule helps maintain steady blood levels and simplifies treatment.
• This medication is specifically indicated for type 2 diabetes and should not be used for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Patients with a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2) must avoid this treatment. • Nab-paclitaxel (nab-pac-lih-tax-ul) is a chemotherapy drug. It combines the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel with a protein called albumin. It is also known as Abraxane. Nab-paclitaxel when used on its own is a treatment for breast cancer.
